Delete in the app (fastest)

Open Cardly AI and sign in.
Go to Profile → Delete account.
Read what will be removed, type DELETE and confirm.

You can download a copy of your data first with Profile → Export my data.

What happens

Straight away: your cards and directory listings are unpublished, their links stop working, and you are signed out on every device.
After 30 days: your account is permanently erased with your cards, AI introductions, uploaded media, saved cards, appointments, notifications, directory listings and team memberships. Reviews you wrote are removed and business ratings recalculated.
Kept: payment and tax records, for as long as the law requires, and a record that the deletion took place (with no personal details).
App Store and Google Play subscriptions are billed by Apple or Google. Cancel them in your store account settings so you are not charged again.

Request deletion without the app

Can't open the app? Send us a request and we will delete your account for you. To protect you, we confirm the request by email before deleting anything.
