Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of the Cardly AI app, public card and business pages, and business directory. By creating an account or using Cardly AI you agree to them.

1. Your account

You must provide accurate information and keep your password safe. You are responsible for activity under your account. Organisation admins are responsible for the members they invite.

2. Plans and billing

Viewing and saving cards is free. Paid plans are billed yearly and set how many cards you can create. If you downgrade or a subscription ends, your existing cards stay readable but you cannot create new ones above your plan’s limit.

3. Your content

You own the content you add. You give Cardly AI permission to host, display and share it as needed to run the service, including on public pages you publish. You confirm you have the right to publish it and that it is accurate.

4. AI introductions

AI-generated scripts, voices and videos are produced from details you provide and are published only after you approve them. They are labelled as synthetic. You are responsible for reviewing them before publishing.

5. Directory listings and reviews

Listings are moderated and may be declined, hidden or removed. Reviews must reflect genuine experiences. One review per customer per business is allowed, and owners may reply. Fake, abusive or misleading content may be removed and reported content is reviewed.

6. Acceptable use

• No unlawful, misleading, hateful or infringing content.
• No impersonation of people or businesses.
• No spam, scraping or attempts to disrupt or bypass security.

7. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for serious or repeated breaches of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

Cardly AI is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past twelve months.

We may update these terms and will notify you of material changes. See also our Privacy Policy.
